A friend whose color is always enviably perfect referred me to Kristin. I saw Kristin Yarmer yesterday and now I know why. Kristin spent about 10 minutes just talked to me about my hair and I showed her some photos of color that I liked. She was meticulous about every step and it was obvious that she is a pro. By the time I was toning, several other stylists had asked her advice as well as stopped to check out her work. Another indication to me that I have found my person! The color and cut are absolutely perfect and I feel 100% confident in Kristin to tell me what my hair will and won’t do. The salon itself is lovely, great product selection (Bumble & Bumble) lots of natural light and very friendly staff. Not at all intimidating like other salons I’ve been to. Kristin’s incredibly talented, creative, and has extensive expertise. She can do it all—cut, color, extensions, fashion & hair shows, magazine & film work, etc. This woman knows hair and can work with any hair length, texture, or style. When I come to her with an idea, she’s honest about what will or won’t work for me personally (I have very fine, straight hair), BUT in doing so she always offers constructive ideas and lots of options/alternatives. I really appreciate that, because I don’t want a cut or style that won’t work for me & that I’ll end up hating once I’ve left the salon!Kristen H.
