CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING
I understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary; however, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, to be paid at your next salon visit. My policy reserves the right to require a major credit card, debit card or gift card for scheduling of all appointments.
NO-SHOWS
Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid at your next scheduled visit. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting me or the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.
